Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a knack for market analysis, a proven track record in sales or business development, and a genuine interest in video games. You will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by forging strategic partnerships, securing new clients, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities in the local and international gaming markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new business and expand market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, publishers, and distributors.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Provide market feedback to the product development team to inform future projects.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of the video game market, trends, and business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
